Featuring Iowa State wrestlers and division one All American Evan Frost & Jacob Frost. 

- This camp is for entry and novice level wrestlers — boys & girls — that are still in the early stages of their wrestling development, looking to improve their skills. 

-This camp will focus on high-level/high percentage, basic techniques and fundamentals. 

-This will be a commuter camp - No meals or overnight stays.
