JOIN SEBOLT WRESTLING ACADEMY

SWA Silver is for entry/novice level wrestlers or wrestlers that aren't quite ready for SWA Gold but have the desire to get to that level. This program focuses on the mastery of basic techniques and fundamentals. Three workouts a week from September to April in Jefferson and Des Moines. Application accepted for both locations.
